Meet The Lead Craftsman

Our work grows out of a lifelong habit of using our hands and thinking through problems carefully. In 2017, that habit became Business Needs Craftsmanship, a small Joplin operation with a clear purpose. We combine roofing, remodeling, and broader construction with practical life skills training, mentorship, and outreach. Every client meets a craftsman who plans the work, performs the work, and stands behind the results. This direct involvement keeps communication clear and quality consistent. Construction projects, workshops, and community programs all follow the same mindset, careful planning, steady follow-through, and respect for the people we serve.
